Blueberries and Cream
- 1.5 pounds fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- cinnamon optional
- Wash and dry blueberries.
- Mix sour cream and maple syrup.
- Divide blueberries into 4 bowls.
- Spoon cream mixture over each portion.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
